BEFORE YOU'RE A CLIENT

  • DISCOVERY CALL

    In this free 15-minute phone call, we will delve into your project goals, timeframe, and budget. We will also elaborate on our methodology to ascertain compatibility and address any queries about our partnership.

  • ON SITE CONSULTATION

    During this two-hour in-home consultation, we'll carefully assess your space and gather the details needed to create a tailored proposal. If you choose our full-service design package, the consultation fee will be credited toward the overall cost, making it a worthwhile investment.

  • PROPOSAL

    Upon completion of the consultation, we will prepare a detailed proposal encompassing the scope of work, suggested project budget, and estimated timeline. Upon approval, you will receive an official contract and invoice to confirm your position on our design calendar.

ONCE YOU'RE A CLIENT

  • KICKOFF

    In order to officially begin your project, we will schedule a kickoff meeting. This crucial session will grant us the chance to further get to know your individual style and preferences.

  • CONCEPT

    In the conceptual design phase, our focus will be on creating a cohesive look and feel that perfectly aligns with your space.

  • DESIGN

    Upon concept approval, we will proceed to finalize plans and source the appropriate finishes, fixtures, and furnishings.

  • MANAGEMENT

    We'll collaborate with your existing team (if applicable), our contractors and place your orders with our vendors and suppliers.

  • INSTALLATION

    Once your spcace is ready, we'll oversee the installation of cabinetry, finishes and soft furnishings so you can enjoy a big reveal.
